Advertisers and users are responsible for ensuring that advertising content, including text, images, graphics, and videos ("Content") uploaded for inclusion on FSBS complies with all applicable laws. FSBS assumes no responsibility for any illegality or inaccuracy of the Content.

Advertisers and users guarantee that their Content does not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any person or entity, and agree to release FSBS from all obligations, liabilities, and claims arising in connection with the use of (or the inability to use) the service.

Advertisers agree that their Content may be presented through FSBS’s partner sites under the same terms and conditions as on FSBS.

Advertisers grant FSBS a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such Content or incorporate such Content into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.

All material on FSBS, including Content, software, and services, is the property of FSBS, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or third-party licensors. Any intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other distinguishing brands on the website are the property of FSBS. To be clear: No material on this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, installed, posted, transmitted, stored, or distributed without written permission from FSBS.

All images on FSBS are watermarked to prevent unauthorized use without the advertiser's consent. Safety and Images FSBS reserves the right to change the title of Content for editorial purposes and reserves the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or violate FSBS's rules.

FSBS has the right to cooperate with authorities if any Content violates the law. The identity of advertisers, users, or buyers maybe determined, for example, by an ISP. IP addresses may also be registered to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.

FSBS will collect information from users and advertisers. By using FSBS, each user and advertiser consents and authorizes FSBS to collect and use this information. FSBS also reserves the right to disclose it to company affiliates or any other person for purposes of administering, supporting, and maintaining FSBS, as well as for research, marketing, product development, and planning.

This site uses cookies, which means that you must have cookies enabled on your device for all functionality on this site to work properly. Users must submit a valid email address to post advertisements. The email address will not be publicly displayed, and other users can send emails through FSBS.

FSBS may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"). FSBS is not responsible for the contents of Third-Party Websites and does not investigate or monitor them. Users access Third-Party Sites at their own risk.

Some content and services on FSBS require payment, including but not limited to, membership packages, posting ads in select categories, and selling items through certain options.

As part of a membership package, FSBS may create a dedicated shop page for the user on the site. FSBS has the right to any content added to the shop by the user and may remove or decline to publish content that violates any part of the Terms and Conditions.

FSBS assumes no responsibility for the use of the site and disclaims all liability for any injury, claim, or damage arising out of or related to (a) errors on FSBS or its Content, including technical and typographical errors; (b) third-party websites or content accessed via links on FSBS; (c) unavailability of FSBS; (d) use of FSBS or its Content; or (e) use of any equipment or software in connection with FSBS.

Advertisers and users agree to indemnify FSBS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including negligent or wrongful conduct.

FSBS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Such modifications are effective immediately upon posting on FSBS, and continued access or use of FSBS signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

FSBS operates under the laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
